Interesting fact: rainbow papayas are transgenic, with a gene to resist the ringspot virus that nearly eradicated Hawaii's papaya crops in the 90's. The strawberry papaya was labeled as organic, which is supposed to mean GMO-free, but the strawberry papaya is supposedly a hybrid bred from the rainbow papaya...more research is required. They are all, however, very delicious.
