Kaiteriteri

We are now in Kaiteriteri, a one street town on the beach and a launch point to Abel Tasman National Park, which we will explore by kayak tomorrow.

    Is there any connection between Abel Tasman and Tasmania of Australia?

    Same person. A Dutch explorer who visited but never set foot in New Zealand. Not sure exactly what he did in Australia
